Real Estate Book Redesign - News Chronicle
I redesigned the cover of a weekly real estate publication at News-Chronicle. Unfortunately the publication was killed due to lack of advertising before the new cover could run. The concept of the publication was based loosely on car magazines. Rather than being organized by realtor, it would be organized by area.
AutoPlus/AutoMax magazine
Here is a sampling of display ads I created while working for AutoPlus & AutoMax (central WI) magazines. These ads were created using Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator. AutoPlus is where I became quite skilled at creating clipping paths in Photoshop. I also did a lot of database entry and photo editing. I also laid out the magazine on a weekly basis and sent it to print. I also did weekly press checks to ensure quality product.
Firm Foundations Project
Firm Foundations Home Inspections, LLC is a home inspection business. I had a hand in every step of the creative process. We thought of a few different names for the business and settled on Firm Foundations Home Inspections. The owner had a little bit of an idea of what he wanted for a logo, something that clearly conveyed home inspections. I came up with several ideas for him. From the final version, I created business cards, letterhead, a contract, brochure, an inspection report and a website. All items were created using Adobe CS3.
SanSharee Jewelry
www.sanshareejewelry.com
I created the logo for this jewlery company. They didn't really have a logo and they wanted to incorporate the S S & J letters. They didn't want "traditional" jewelry looking things like beads or diamonds. I came up with several ideas and we worked our way to the final design, shown here.

Miscellaneous Projects
This is a panel that was created as part of a group project. It became an accordion folded book.
This poster was created to find my replacement when I left Good Times Programming upon graduation from UWGB. I printed the posters on ivory paper and used a lighter to burn the edges for a more authentic look.
